SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $100 and three free samples with every order.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, addresses outside of the United States or freight forwarding services who specialize in forwarding packages outside of the United States. We reserve the right to delete and refund orders shipped to known international freight forwarding services without notice.

We do not accept orders with international billing or shipping addresses. We do not accept credit cards issued by non-US origin banks.

During normal business days our shipping facility closes at 2:00PM ET and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders received after 2:00PM ET Monday through Friday will be processed when we resume business the following business day. Please also be aware of this when selecting UPS Express, 2nd Day and Standard Overnight.

RETURN POLICY

At June Jacobs Spa Collection it is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and results of all of our products. For your convenience, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we can issue a full refund to your credit card. Please follow our reasonable guidelines for making a quick and easy return:

Products must have been originally purchased directly from JuneJacobs.com or a June Jacobs Spa Collection Customer Relations Representative. (We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers).

Products must be returned within 30 days of original order date and be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For a refund please contact our Customer Relations Department at 1.800.787.7546 or emailinquiries@junejacobs.com to speak to a representative prior to sending back your product(s). You will be issued a Return Authorization #. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. A copy of the receipt and/or invoice must be in the box. DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCT(S) WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE FIRST AND OBTAINING AN RMA #.

Product(s) sent back without a Return Authorization # will not be refunded.

Ship the product(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back and making sure it gets to us.

A refund will be issued once product(s) have been received.

For damaged items received, please DO NOT THROW AWAY. Contact 1.800.787.7546 or emailinquiries@junejacobs.com to speak to a Customer Relations Representative. The broken item(s) will be replaced and the representative will instruct you on what is to be done with the broken item(s).

After receiving a Return Authorization # from a Customer Relations Representative please send all returns to:
