How will my payment be processed?
We partner with Shopify to process credit and debit card transactions completed through our website. Your credit or debit card information is never shared with us, and at no point in any transaction do we have access to that information. How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on JuneJacobs.com are shipped directly from our warehouse using FedEx and UPS services. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, depending on product availability.
For standard shipping within the contiguous United States, please allow 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We have suspended shipping internationally, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. If you have any pending orders, we will be in touch with you to arrange a refund or to discuss alternative options for fulfilling your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are here to assist you and provide any necessary information during this transition period.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer 3 shipping methods within the contiguous United States: Standard, 2nd Day and Overnight. 2nd Day shipping is the only shipping option available to Alaska & Hawaii and shipping fees are subject to an increase. Please see below for pricing and shipping time frames.
• Standard: $9.95 (FREE with orders of $50+)
Order received within 7 to 10 business days
• 2nd Day: $19.50 (Alaska & Hawaii only: $37)
Order received within 2 business days
• Overnight: $29.50
Order received the next business day
PLEASE NOTE: All orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to start processing within the same business day. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed next business day.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses?
No, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses.

Returns
How long do I have to return an item after purchase?
June Jacobs Spa Collection is committed to delivering on the brand's philosophy: Cutting-Edge Science Married With Nature. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on JuneJacobs.com orders from the contiguous United States within 30 days of the purchase date. International orders outside the contiguous 48 states in the US are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I return an item?
In order for us to process your returned item(s) from JuneJacobs.com, you will need to enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly label outside packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive your unique RA #, please contact us at 1-800-787-7546 or send an email to support@junejacobs.com Upon receiving your RA #, please ship returned item(s) to:

More information about our return process is as follows:
- Item(s) sent back without an RA # will be returned to you and will not be refunded.
- International orders outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To ensure a prompt and secure delivery to us, we recommend sending item(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable and we do not provide prepaid labels.
- Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within an estimated time of 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
What I do if the product I ordered arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item(s). If you return the damaged or defective item(s) to us, we will gladly replace the item(s). Please send an email to support@junejacobs.com and include your phone number to receive instructions on how to proceed.
I’m unhappy with my order. Can I make an exchange?
JuneJacobs.com is unable to process exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. Your order may only be refunded and automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Can I return items not purchase at JuneJacobs.com?
Only items purchased at JuneJacobs.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased a June Jacobs item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
